I am very fortunate to have lived in the same house in Hampstead Village for a large number of years now.  The garden was too difficult for me to manage on my own so we had to get a gardener.   With so many gardens in the vicinity the competition was fierce.  I found out that some “gardeners” have very little horticultural knowledge or experience.   Samuel of Zen Garden Design & Maintenance is far from that category.   His knowledge and love of plants, including trees, is extensive.    He is also a very nice person and his team are hard working and well mannered. Sam and his team at Zen Gardens have been excellent and have provided me with the most beautiful garden. From start to finish they worked so hard and always with a smile on their faces, and I have to say they were very efficient and professional. Extremely impressed with Sam and James' work today. Over 200 plants and several small trees planted to finish off our garden. Samuel did an amazing job on my back garden, it looks beautiful now he even suggested which flowers are the best for autumn as me and my husband are getting back into looking after our garden! He ensured the grass was at a suitable height for my dogs as they do like to eat the grass sometimes! (Silly Rupert!), he also kindly asked the neighbour if it was okay to trim their bush as it was peering over into my garden. Sam and his team have been maintaining my garden for a number of years. As many people, I lost a lot of my established plants over the winter. Sam was kind enough to source replacements, remove the dead plants and replant new with experience and expertise… all done with a cheery smile and utter professionalism. I look forward to many more years of Sam maintaining my oasis for me!
